WINNER: Hammersmith and Fulham Training Hub CIC & North West London Training Hubs: Driving a Social Movement: Empowering Local Leaders to Tackle Health Inequities and Transform Healthcare Systems

The North West London Deep End Programme is a groundbreaking initiative addressing health inequities through education and grassroots leadership. Beginning as an open-access resource for general practice clinicians in NW London, it has evolved into a pan-London resource for all NHS staff and a Level 7 Deprivation Health module at London South Bank University. The programme equips healthcare professionals with the tools to address the root causes of deprivation and develop networks and confidence to lead change. With its clear impact on patient outcomes and service redesign, it is transforming how the NHS tackles this wicked problem.
