Alison Reid

Alison Reid is the chief executive of Community Dental Services CIC an employee owned social enterprise committed to working with vulnerable children and adults with complex needs across Central and East of England. She is an experienced executive director, having worked across health and social care and in industry. Her focus has been how to ensure we improve wellbeing and promote individual responsibility at a patient; employee and company level with the aim to achieve outcomes that benefit everyone. Alison is also involved as board director for the Association of Dental Groups, to raise the  profile of community dentistry, and she is a trustee for Age UK Cambridge & Peterborough.
