Limbic is the first AI mental health chatbot to achieve Medical Class IIa UKCA certification and uses natural language processing to help people access support. It engages patients in an accessible way, whilst identifying and prioritising risk.

Eligibility of patients seeking psychological therapies are validated, so that they receive the right care from the right service, at the right time.

The chatbot saves clinicians precious time as they do not have to spend clinical time collecting administrative measures or checking suitability for the service. This leads to higher well-being and satisfaction for clinicians, leading to less burnout and higher quality care.
