Dr Justin Whatling
Dr Justin Whatling leads on population health management and clinical transformation for Cerner outside of the USA.
He is a visiting professor in health informatics at UCL, a founding fellow of the Faculty of Clinical Informatics and a fellow of BCS Chartered Institute for IT where he was past health chair.
He has worked as a hospital physician in world-leading health centres, is a clinical informatician and business strategist, with experience in both public and private sectors including small to medium-sized enterprises.
