Hinchingbrooke and Peterborough to draw up 2017 merger plan

STRUCTURE: Peterborough and Stamford Hospitals Foundation Trust and Hinchingbrooke Health Care Trust have confirmed they will develop a full business case recommending the two trusts merge by next April.
