Bradford District Care FT: The Keeping My Chest Healthy Respiratory Pathway and Digital Hub

The Keeping My Chest Healthy Project is a multidisciplinary respiratory pathway and online digital hub which has been designed to improve the respiratory health of people with a learning disability. As well as tackling the health inequalities experienced by people with a learning disability it also aims to reduce the barriers in accessing health care that those from minority ethnic communities experience through the provision of accessible, person-centered respiratory management plan and translatable digital resources.
