Mental health trusts have faced a difficult time in recent years, with increased demand for services straining staff capacity and squeezing finances. North London Foundation Trust is no different.

The trust realised it could tackle some of these problems by using data and technology, but it needed to equip its staff with the right skills first. This is why, in 2023, NLFT launched its Digital and Data Academy, in partnership with Multiverse and funded through the apprenticeship levy, to train staff from across all parts of the trust in areas like AI, data and technology.

In this case study webinar, sponsored by and produced with Multiverse, you will learn:

  • How becoming a data-driven organisation can improve the quality of patient care
  • What digital infrastructure is needed to deliver care efficiently but securely
  • How to use AI to deliver better care outcomes
  • How to foster a culture of learning and innovation to ensure knowledge is shared among colleagues
  • How apprenticeship levy funding can be used to deliver such training
  • How to build apprenticeships into your workforce planning strategy and minimise the impact on day-to-day scheduling
