STRUCTURE: North Yorkshire and York PCT; Hambleton, Richmondshire and Whitby Clinical Commissioning Group; and South Tees Hospitals Foundation Trust are considering proposals to close inpatient paediatric services, and potentially obstetric maternity services, at Friarage Hospital.
