Mark Jarman-Howe
Mark Jarman-Howe is chief executive of St Helena Hospice based in Colchester. He is Chair of the North East Essex Health and Wellbeing Alliance, a partnership of NHS organisations, local authorities and the voluntary sector; one of three Alliances within the Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care System.
He is a non-executive director of Dignity in Dying, and trustee and Vice Chair of national charity Compassion in Dying. He has previously worked in the NHS, as a commissioner and as a senior operational manager, and before that as a senior manager in policy and operational roles in HM Prison Service.
He has a degree in Politics and an MBA.
