WINNER: Ward Hadaway, Tees Esk and Wear Valleys Foundation Trust: The Roseberry Park Scheme

Ward Hadaway assisted the trust in every legal aspect of the Roseberry Park private finance initiative scheme from inception, at all times during its operational period and ultimately its termination for default on the part of the PFI provider in September 2018.

In addition, in 2008 the West Park PFI was the first PFI scheme to be voluntary terminated in the UK, bringing savings of £1.2m per annum to the trust.
