WINNER: Ampersand Health: MyIBD Care: A Digital Therapeutic for Patients with IBD

MyIBD care is a self-management app for patients with inflammatory bowel diseases, empowering them to take control of their long-term condition and improve health outcomes.

Patient reported outcome data was shown to reduce work up times by an estimated 30 per cent and 85 per cent of users stated they would prefer to use the app as the primary method of clinical contact for routine checkups.
