It's telling that so many comments are anonymous.

Culture in an organisation is primarily created by the style of it's top leaders. Unfortunately, fear, bullying, a 'recruiting all your mates' culture, allowing macho managers like Robert Naylor at UCLH and Peter Morris at Barts (mates of Sir David) to do as they wish is all happening under this CEO.
