The transfer of assets from PropCo would be very welcome as they have certainly not looked after them to date. It was always a little odd that providers could not be trusted to look after clinics but were trusted with hospitals. Of course the real reason for non transfer was to ensure that the facilities were available to non-NHS providers when competition was the mantra.
