As senior leaders we need to keep a lid on unnecessary language. It is clear this is going to be beyond challenging. HSJ editor; quotes this is beyond terrifying is not helpful. We all need to demonstrate our leadership and service. There will be plenty to knock morale. Loose tongues cost lives. Our energy needs to be focussed on doing what we can to deliver as much as we can.
