The good news is that we now know how to treat Covid. The bad news is that because we know how to treat it, many more patients are surviving, but are much slower to recover. We need much more step-down/ rehab capacity. Circle, which have the only specialist rehab hospital in the country could help lead this, and we could open up private / care home beds for rehab with appropriate remote support.

Great work by Bath ICU staff on clinical prioritisation document. You wonder why we have all these navel-gazing medical ethicists when it is clinicians who own the problem who sort it out.
