I am sure Circle would be delighted to get the business but would ask two questions: Why they have the only specialist rehab hospital in the country ( if this is a true statement)? and Why the NHS cannot repurpose some of its hospitals to do the same thing?

Circle's performance and hasty withdrawal from Hinchingbrook doesn't necessarily give me confidence in their judgement or business models and imo they would take the Government to the cleaners in setting a tariff for this service although it would probably be a bargain compared to the wasted £22billion on a failed Test & Trace system.
