Why negative? I was referring to your second paragraph. The immediate problem with the tariff is the fault of the system not the commissioners.Q3 results show many more FTs in deficit. You are probably more aware than most of the complex finances but chose to make a cheap remark about hospitals loudly registering their point of view. As a regular subscriber to your excellent journal I expect to see balanced reporting.
