'The future is here it is just not evenly distributed.' Many clinical and educational teams have been actively - passionately and deliberately - delivering insight, enlightenment and learning on patient safety, quality improvement and Ergonomics and Human Factors for years. They have been working with Ergonomics and Human Factors experts, Psychologists and other areas of expertise. There are higher degrees available. We no longer need 'third-party HF'. There are wheels that do not need to be re-invented and expertise within the NHS and HEI's that would be delighted to inform this debate. You will find most of them at CHFG.
