LloydsPharmacy Healthcare Services core proposition is outpatient dispensing services to acute NHS trusts across the UK, we are currently in over 65 sites, which can be seen here and we also provide the following to a wide variety of customers:
- Named patient pharmacy dispensing services, inpatient and enhanced discharge solutions adapted to your requirements.
- Logistics options including bespoke dispense and deliver services.
- Clinical services e.g., medicines optimisation, enhanced screening for certain drugs, support with Care Quality Commission inspections, specialist counselling working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Wholesale stock supply solutions in line with MHRA, Home Office, and good distribution guidelines.
- Technical services such as support with stock procurement and waste management, all in keeping with NHS environmental and sustainability targets.
- Contract management support including regular operational and innovation meetings, develop added value services, use latest technology to enhance patient experience e.g., tracking systems to check when prescriptions are ready for collection, patient feedback mechanisms and supplying detailed management information per contract.
We develop resolute pharmacy teams within each hospital setting or off-site dispensing-hubs, supported by specialist field-based account managers, vastly experienced in successfully mobilising and maintaining outsourced contracts. Our unique team contains experts in implementation, using different EPR and ePMA systems, clinical governance, and delivering operational efficiency whilst exceeding KPIs. Our mobilisation and account management team collectively has over 150 years of experience in developing outsourced services and provides easy access to expert professionals with a desire to continuously improve services.
