Stephen Dorrell
During 36 years in Parliament Stephen served in many roles, including as Health Secretary in John Major’s government and Chair of the House of Commons Health Committee between 2010 and 2014. After leaving Parliament Stephen was Chair of the NHS Confederation from 2015 to 2019, as well as setting up his own advisory business focussed on public service reform.
Stephen is a regular contributor to public debate about the future of healthcare and has often argued that digital technology should be used to support more efficient and integrated health and care services.
At Four Eyes Stephen is working with the Founders and the rest of the team to develop an organisation which delivers sustainable service improvements which benefit patients and service users
