Poetry and artwork events are held for staff and service users at Sheffield Health and Social Care Foundation Trust. Walks, runs and bicycle rides are organised for staff, and there is an on-site gym. Nine in 10 workers polled by the NHS said the trust offered equal opportunities for career progression.
