The North Essex Partnership University Foundation Trust says it offers equal opportunities to all staff as it strives for diversity in its workplace. The trust welcomes applications from people who have experienced mental health problems. Almost three in four workers polled by the NHS said they felt able to contribute towards improvements at the trust.
