Join us for briefings on how to use NHS England’s £500m technology fund
NHS trusts can now bid for a share of NHS England’s technology fund to support electronic patient records. New technologies such as e-prescribing and clinical decision support systems are proven to improve clinical outcomes and help in hitting Jeremy Hunt’s 2018 paperless NHS deadline.
HSJ is holding a series of free briefings to discuss digital solutions in healthcare, in association with UpToDate. Dr Paul Rice, head of technology strategy of NHS England, and leaders from the wider sector will speak about how technology can improve clinical outcomes.
Topics for discussion will include:
- How new systems can support clinical decision making and improve patient care
- Understanding the concept of clinical IT maturity and how your trust will be benchmarked
- How NHS England plans to use clinical IT maturity as a key benchmark to become digitally adept
