The fourth largest acute trust in England, Nottingham University Hospitals Trust is based on three separate sites across the city. Its large workforce is kept fit and happy through the use of an on-site gym, and access to its physiotherapy department gyms outside of clinic times. A take-a-break campaign also encourages all staff to take regular breathers while working.
