Minority ethnic staff ‘told to adopt Western names’ by managers

Hospital line managers allegedly told staff from minority ethnic backgrounds to adopt ‘Western work names’ because their own were deemed ‘too difficult’ to pronounce, according to Care Quality Commission inspectors.
