Catch up on the highlights of the HSJ/Roche Pathology Conference 2014 with these three short films

Pathology has changed dramatically over the last decade. At the HSJ/Roche Pathology Conference, the challenges and opportunities were explored by experts in the field.

Below, we hear from leaders in pathology about the challenges that lie ahead and how pathology services must adapt.

In the first video, leaders including HSJ editor Alastair McLellan; director of the Centre for Clinical Practice at NICE, Mark Baker; and Mark Latham, management consultant at Intellidat, offer their insights.

The second film provides an overview of the issues discussed by various speakers including Christopher Parker, managing director of Roche Diagnostics, UK and Ireland; Mark Busby, divisional manager of business services at Imperial College Healthcare Trust; and Dr Archie Prentice, president of the Royal College of Pathologists.
