The clinical programme model is a longstanding, successful, collaborative approach to assessing and delivering end-to-end pathway transformation and service improvements. The Respiratory Clinical Programme Group delivers improved integration and shared expertise across system partners has been maintained as a high priority. Utilising population health management tools it targets dissemination of essential expertise, skill mix, innovative interventions and capacity across the respiratory pathway. Resources and support are targeted at the areas of the greatest need, ensuring patients receive high-quality and equitable care.
