St Wulfstan Surgery has taken a positive approach to delivering primary care services on the background of significant population growth. By focusing on key values of care, quality and compassion, the surgery has worked to make the service more patient-centric. This has been achieved through a variety of methods.

This positivity and passion has resulted in it becoming a Care Quality Commission “Outstanding” Surgery, and awarded number 10 in England for patient satisfaction in the 2023 GP Patient Survey, but number one for practices with more than 10,000 patients. The organisation is now believed to be the highest-rated GP surgery on Google.
