Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust: Data Bytes

The trust has developed an in-house data literacy programme to help tackle the increasing skills gap that has emerged through the ongoing data revolution. Co-designed with representatives across all divisions, the programme covers six core modules delivered by a combination of workshops and on-demand content. With additional content to support use of specific reporting products utilised in the trust, there has been a 77 per cent increase in use of the trust’s reporting portal since launch. With the emphasis on data-driven decision making and evidence-based practice, this programme supports staff to realise those ambitions.
