The development of a digital hub as part of the Midlands Imaging Training Academy, inclusive of enhanced reality learning, has quickly become an indispensable mechanism by which to upskill and train the vital imaging workforce across the Midlands. Using technology that assesses the needs of learners, that replicates the busy environments of patient-facing services and that supports the efficient use of the quality educator workforce enables MITA to deliver superior training at pace and volume. Seamless onboarding of newly qualified staff and reduced reliance on the educator workforce assist the wider workforce in their ongoing productivity challenges.
