I am a consultant in caregiving but I use Tyze Personal Networks to support my son who requires complex care due to multiple disabilities. Luckily, our GP has agreed to participate on the network, along with our son's care home staff. These network members are in addition to our family members who actively support our son in all aspects of life. We also used Tyze to coordinate care at home a couple of years ago when two separate care agencies were involved in providing 24 hour care. Case managers were able to communicate and fill shifts when necessary and worked together efficiently, rather than in competition with the family caught in the middle. Tyze is excellent.
