The HSJ Health Check brings together Frimley integrated care system chief executive Fiona Edwards, London Ambulance Service’s Daniel Elkeles, and policy guru Nigel Edwards.

They argue more can be done to help and reform general practice and neighbourhood services. More can be done to offer standard services and tools nationally, they argue, but other aspects of integrated care could be undermined by too much central direction.
